The Rise with the Wind program is committed to empowering local communities by equipping them with the skills, resources, and confidence to take ownership of the tourism economy, particularly in the kitesurfing sectors. By supporting disadvantaged individuals in accessing the growing sport and its career opportunities, the program ensures that local communities fully benefit from this growing kitesurfing tourism industry.

Participants will receive comprehensive training in kitesurfing, English communication, and essential business management and sustainable practices, empowering them to establish and operate their own eco-friendly kitesurfing schools and tourism ventures.
